Machines work great and are sufficient at washing clothes.

I never thought my wife would look forward to doing laundry. The ability to stack them was a great space saver. Clothes come out of the washer almost dry which saves time / energy on the dryer. Worth the total membership to get these professionally installed. Highly recommended!

Appliances definitely develop faults over the months/years and after market parts are expensive. With Best Buy protection, I save maintenance or repair costs when an appliance develops a problem.

I love my top top load LG washer and matching dryer. Easy to use. I love that the washer senses the load size. After the wash is completed the dryer senses the size and fabric type from the washer. No manual setting needed. Just place the clothes in the dryer turn it on.

Ever since I was a teen I've known how important it is to use protection. Free protection was my favorite and while I can't say if this is good as the free protection I used to get from the county health department when I was a teen it is included with my best buy membership.

We love this duo especially because you can preset wash and dry and it will let you know by message when it is done. Also the washer you can just pre load detergent and do like 25 cicles before relode

I used it with my Samsung washing machine, I just called, I said the problem that the washing machine had and the next day I already had another completely new washing machine.

transport and installation of the new product was carried out in addition to the collection of the old product. slightly rude staff makes you want to buy services anyway, not pleasant, imagine how unpleasant it would be for a woman alone at home

Really happy with our new LG washer and dryer from Best Buy. Installation and haul away went well. On time and very efficient. They had to come back and adjust the dryer vent hose, but other than that it is all good!!

This dryer has all the settings you think you need and more. I like how it has a steam feature when drying in case you have some resistant wrinkles
