We are very happy with the washer & dryer. Have had them ro a year. The washer does great job. The dryer's sensor adjusts the time required , Note for shorter folks, the washer drum is very deep and might present a challenge.

I bought 6 months ago and honestly the easiest to use. Have never had an issue other than accidentally turning on child lock and not realizing it... def my own fault. Leaves clothes clean and the cycles are super easy to understand. Once it's set up they become a part of your life.

Finally have a washing machine that works as advertised! Got rid of the front load Samsung for this top load and only wish I had done it sooner. Delivery was quick and set up was spot on.

I recommend adding the protection policy to your purchase. It assures me my product will work perfectly.

Given the likelihood of a possible malfunction over the short run, the protection plan adds peace of mind during the 24-month period. The only disappointment is that the doors open opposite each other making it difficult to transfer clothes from the washer to the dryer. This is contrary to the promise made during the purchase.

My previous dryer in our beach rental unit was rusting inside the dryer drum. Bought this to match the washer we had previously bough for the rental. Fast delivery and hookup. Seems to be running just fine.

Went to all LG Appliances this time. So far I love the washer and dryer. Bought the largest size. Really holds almost 2 loads compared to my Whirlpool. Hope it lasts almost as long as my last machine which was 20 years

excellent service anytime that i have had a issue with a purchase that i have had the protection plan has always covered it with no problems and i will definitely continue to utilize this service.

The new Whirlpool washer broken after one week of being installed. It's a good think these are covered by a two year warranty. Seems like this washer is not reliable

I had LG washer and dryer work for several years not problems, I love my new LG washer and dryers best on the market nice sound notifications I could do my laundry everyday:)

These appliances have been working very well so far! I have no complaints. We had Best Buy install them, and they service was fantastic. The units are stacked and we love the space that they save.
