I purchased the Monthly Best Buy Protection (up to 24 mo.) for my new washer and dryer a little over two years ago. I have not used it yet so............

Finally have a washing machine that works as advertised! Got rid of the front load Samsung for this top load and only wish I had done it sooner. Delivery was quick and set up was spot on.

excellent service anytime that i have had a issue with a purchase that i have had the protection plan has always covered it with no problems and i will definitely continue to utilize this service.

Adding the service contract was a big help. We didn’t need it but gave us peace of mind

Superb quality and features. Beautiful champagne color. Excellent for cleaning and drying king size quilts and bedspreads. Would not recommend for use by vertically challenged people....5'4" and below as being able to reach down into the deep washer tub would be very difficult.

Awesome washer and dryer. Very quiet and fast. Seems to be very good quality.

The washer and dryer work well. I love the dispenser for softener and detergent. There is no memory, so I have to set it to my preferred settings every time and that is inconvenient. If you do not use the quick cycle on the washer it may take almost 2 hours to run a load of laundry. The basin is very large and works well for large loads. Overall, both the washer and dryer are great.

Purchased but have not had to use to date. It was purchased to give me peace of mind in these ever inflationary times. Worth the purchase money.

These appliances have been working very well so far! I have no complaints. We had Best Buy install them, and they service was fantastic. The units are stacked and we love the space that they save.

Our old washer had broken in the middle of a load. The installation team removed my old washer was still a little bit of water in the bottom of it without any problems This new washer has been a great purchase.

4 mth in and I am still in love with them. Look and functions. Definitely recommend

Ok, excellent service, on time, quickly and clean. Good device, so far it works well, for the price I hope it has a long useful life of many years. Enough of doing such throwaway things and planned obsolescence. (suppose this is not de case)

I had LG washer and dryer work for several years not problems, I love my new LG washer and dryers best on the market nice sound notifications I could do my laundry everyday:)
