Good washer and dryer. Noise, but does what it’s intended for

Quick delivery and installation. Preforms much better than the old set

We've had needs covered by Best Buy membership that have made less expensive the cost of delivery, setup, removal of appliances purchased. It has also given benefit of some price reductions and in-home warranty service visits which we have taken advantage of, with no hassle even when in one case the issue was simply a need to better understand a new appliance's operating procedures.

This washer is an outstanding product that is very easy to use. It has a very large capacity and washes the clothes perfectly every time. I am completely satisfied and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a new washer that won’t break your bank.

The new Whirlpool washer broken after one week of being installed. It's a good think these are covered by a two year warranty. Seems like this washer is not reliable

Clothes are smelling fresh and looking good. I'm so glad I chose to buy these from Best Buy.

Had more replacements this year and this has paid for itself. Is a cost saver for sure and a nicety when having to budget in installation costs. Lasts a whole year from purchase date so lots of opportunities to use.

This is a fairly standard warranty. We had a gasket leak on our front load whirlpool washing machine, I made a call to get it repaired because the washer was only 7 months old. I process was easy and they would have gotten to in a reasonable time however, we would have had to pay for parts still reasonable. But we ended up using the manufacturer warranty.

For $180 a year I have two year protection on ANY product purchased form Best Buy and I love that. Being able to feels secure because electronics ca be so unpredictable. Definitely worth it.

Love this washer and dryers set! First time owning a front loader. At first I was skeptical off the mildew smell people talk about but I just use afresh and the clean tub function once per month and have NO issues! Love this set!

I was skeptical, but Samsung won me over. I bought these because they wet on an incredible sale but held my breath for months because of bad reviews from folks that questionably were hasty and didn’t give Samsung a chance. I have to say I am convinced.

I purchased the washer and dryer set and love it!! Both are easy to use and quiet. Both units connect to the LG app. The only downside is that the dryer doesnt always stay connected. So, i dont get a notification the dryer is done. But this could be an issue with the app and not the device. I'm not too concerned the products work great.

I have bought one of these dryers used it for one year started having problems so I bought another one junk. The old one and I have not had a problem out of this one. I think it was just a bad unit but the one I have now does excellent work.

Arrived as planned, worked well, setup people were great. Units are quiet and get the job done well. Like the LG ThinQ app … keeps you informed of laundry load status.

Excellent product! So easy to use and install. Much better than any other I have bought, way to go!

It took me several wash days to try to figure out how to operate the push buttons on the washer. I finally figured it out and am pleased with the washer. I like the smart feature that alerts me when the laundry is done. The dryer doesn't dry clothes/towels to my satisfaction. Most times I have to repeat the cycle several times to have dry clothing. the dryer is just okay, would not recommend.

I purchase the Best Buy Total Protection Plan. At first it seems pricey, but when you realize it covers installation, coverage, geek squad assistance and many more goodies, I would definitely recommend. This monthly best buy protection plan goes along with it.

The washer and dryer’s are the easiest to work I ever have own! They are quiet and really cleans my clothes.

IVE NEVER WANTED TO LAUNDRY SO BAD. BETWEEN THE WIFI FEATURES AND THE CLEAN PROVIDED BY THE WASHER AND THE TONES TO LET YOU KNOW WHEN THE LAUNDRY IS DONE. THE DRYER WILL DRY AND FREE YOUR CLOTHES OF WRINKLES. THESE TWO ARE AMAZING
