Excellent product. Works great. Gets the job done and was cost effective.

We had a space issue and needed specific sizes. What a pleasure to find just the right size washer and dryer that worked wonderfully. We had to get used to the extended wash and dry times, but our clothes are clean and dry.

Bought this set for my son and his Fiancé for thier new house, 3 months in the dryer stopped working, figured since we had total tech, no problem, unfortunately total tech doesn’t start until after the mfg 1 year warranty and it turned into a 3 week nightmare. Finally got it fixed, but total tech was not a help yet

Our old washer had broken in the middle of a load. The installation team removed my old washer was still a little bit of water in the bottom of it without any problems This new washer has been a great purchase.

Arrived as planned, worked well, setup people were great. Units are quiet and get the job done well. Like the LG ThinQ app … keeps you informed of laundry load status.

The washer and dryer work well. I love the dispenser for softener and detergent. There is no memory, so I have to set it to my preferred settings every time and that is inconvenient. If you do not use the quick cycle on the washer it may take almost 2 hours to run a load of laundry. The basin is very large and works well for large loads. Overall, both the washer and dryer are great.

For $180 a year I have two year protection on ANY product purchased form Best Buy and I love that. Being able to feels secure because electronics ca be so unpredictable. Definitely worth it.

Warranties provide the peace of mind to be able to focus on important things.

Ok, excellent service, on time, quickly and clean. Good device, so far it works well, for the price I hope it has a long useful life of many years. Enough of doing such throwaway things and planned obsolescence. (suppose this is not de case)

I love this product. it is quiet and "smart" (can use app to control and monitor when I am in a different side of the house). the white one I bought looks beautiful too.

Superb quality and features. Beautiful champagne color. Excellent for cleaning and drying king size quilts and bedspreads. Would not recommend for use by vertically challenged people....5'4" and below as being able to reach down into the deep washer tub would be very difficult.

This is a fairly standard warranty. We had a gasket leak on our front load whirlpool washing machine, I made a call to get it repaired because the washer was only 7 months old. I process was easy and they would have gotten to in a reasonable time however, we would have had to pay for parts still reasonable. But we ended up using the manufacturer warranty.

Love my new washer and dryer! Easy installation and I am still learning how to use them with my Smart Things App, would definitely recommended Samsung
