We've had needs covered by Best Buy membership that have made less expensive the cost of delivery, setup, removal of appliances purchased. It has also given benefit of some price reductions and in-home warranty service visits which we have taken advantage of, with no hassle even when in one case the issue was simply a need to better understand a new appliance's operating procedures.

BUYER PROTECTION IS GOOD INSURANCE, IT GIVES YOU PEACE OR MIND

I purchased the washer and dryer set and love it!! Both are easy to use and quiet. Both units connect to the LG app. The only downside is that the dryer doesnt always stay connected. So, i dont get a notification the dryer is done. But this could be an issue with the app and not the device. I'm not too concerned the products work great.

I have wrote a review for thiws washer and dryer but for the service I received I will say again that the young men that installed my washer and dryer were fabulous One reason I shop best buy is for the service Total tech is fabulous the people you hire make your company Samsung is fabulous but with such fabulous service it makes the deal

I love this washer and dryer set. There is a nice variety of settings for any spin cycle you are looking for. The machines are stackable and i love it! Excellent purchase

A good value. Wish this sort of protection wasn't necessary...but having in house products repaired by the folks that sell ..is much preferred over picking strangers that have time on their schedules.

Love this washer and dryers set! First time owning a front loader. At first I was skeptical off the mildew smell people talk about but I just use afresh and the clean tub function once per month and have NO issues! Love this set!

Everything was good. It works well. Dryer does not dry in 1 regular cycle setting. Always needs more time. Not too happy with how long it takes to finish one load about 2 hours.

This plan gives me peace of mind. Simply put they just don't manufacture products like they used to, so I recommend getting an extended warranty by Best Buy because they stand behind their products.
