Having the protection for products that aren't easy to replace due to cost, size, etc. is a must for me. I have used the monthly protection a few times over the years and each time the experience has been simple and straightforward.

My samsung Washer and dryer has so many features for wide range of clothing options to use. I purchased the gold and black verision which gives it a nice and unique up scale appearance. They are quiet and water efficient also.

This protection is the best there is in the market. I will not buy anything without this protection and I buy all electronics and appliances at Best buy because of this protection. There is never an argument or dispute they just take care of any problem or issue and just handle it to your satisfaction.

Our dryer arrived broken. Luckily we had the membership and they are replacing it. If the cost of the items goes down in price within 60 days of delivery, we will get reimbursed

These weren’t the original set we purchased they use third-party delivery and they damaged them, but Best Buy stepped up and gave us the next step up for an upgrade for the trouble and paid any and all damages done to our home as well. I highly recommend being careful if they use contracted delivery instead of geek squad but after all the madness it worked out.

Lots of options with these appliances. Very easy to use. So far all of the functions have worked great and we’ve been happy with the results. Drying time is a fraction of my old dryer and it shuts off when it senses dry clothes which saves energy.
