Had more replacements this year and this has paid for itself. Is a cost saver for sure and a nicety when having to budget in installation costs. Lasts a whole year from purchase date so lots of opportunities to use.

I have bought one of these dryers used it for one year started having problems so I bought another one junk. The old one and I have not had a problem out of this one. I think it was just a bad unit but the one I have now does excellent work.

I was skeptical, but Samsung won me over. I bought these because they wet on an incredible sale but held my breath for months because of bad reviews from folks that questionably were hasty and didn’t give Samsung a chance. I have to say I am convinced.

IVE NEVER WANTED TO LAUNDRY SO BAD. BETWEEN THE WIFI FEATURES AND THE CLEAN PROVIDED BY THE WASHER AND THE TONES TO LET YOU KNOW WHEN THE LAUNDRY IS DONE. THE DRYER WILL DRY AND FREE YOUR CLOTHES OF WRINKLES. THESE TWO ARE AMAZING

Great washer and drier. My son loves to stand up next to them and bang on the sides like a drum. We've owned these for about 1yr now and they are working great!

This washer and Dryer combo is the best investment we have made for our home. Washer is bigger than your typical washer, its convenient especially with your have a big family.

Works good. I like the options of per pro. Have some issues with removing the pet hair from the machine, but doable. Also, it seems like the fabric softener doesn’t always dispense.

It took me several wash days to try to figure out how to operate the push buttons on the washer. I finally figured it out and am pleased with the washer. I like the smart feature that alerts me when the laundry is done. The dryer doesn't dry clothes/towels to my satisfaction. Most times I have to repeat the cycle several times to have dry clothing. the dryer is just okay, would not recommend.

I purchase the Best Buy Total Protection Plan. At first it seems pricey, but when you realize it covers installation, coverage, geek squad assistance and many more goodies, I would definitely recommend. This monthly best buy protection plan goes along with it.

Protection plan is worth it. It covers everything. This is the 5th time we use it.

Our dryer arrived broken. Luckily we had the membership and they are replacing it. If the cost of the items goes down in price within 60 days of delivery, we will get reimbursed

The machines do an effective job of cleaning my clothes. The only I don't like when I'm using them is having to bend over so much.

I like the size. I can fit my king comforter just fine. I don't like the normal cycle, doesn't seem to add much water so I have to use deep cycle for everything so it can have enough water for my liking. Overall, it's easy to use and has been getting the job done for a big size family like ours.
