Geek Squad, and the warranty from Total Tech and Best Buy Total has gone down hill the past few years. Before I was addicted to getting things from Best Buy because of the value proposition, but lately I have been getting less and less from Best Buy. I may not renew the Best Buy Total Tech subscription because it doesn't make sense anymore. Online retailers tend to offer a slightly better deal now and there's no reason to shop at Best Buy so much anymore.

The aesthetic is nice. The function can be better, I know it’s suppose to save on your water but it’s either a deep fill or barely anything, no in between which means everything essentially is a deep fill in order to have adequate washing. The dryer is great

Bought these machines in March of 2022 so I've had some time with them. These are great machines! I would recommend these to anyone who asked. Can put anything in there and they will clean it like new. Quick and quiet too! Brst Buy installers did a first class jod too!

Welcome to the modern world, where kids can track when the laundry is complete, no excuses, they are always on their phones. Works well and many settings, not sure if we’ll ever use them all, plus the option to download new settings via the app.

This protection is the best there is in the market. I will not buy anything without this protection and I buy all electronics and appliances at Best buy because of this protection. There is never an argument or dispute they just take care of any problem or issue and just handle it to your satisfaction.

Works great now that it is hooked up correctly. Like the different settings and can create your own.

I've always gotten the protection with any appliance or major item I've gotten from Best Buy. I've never had an issue with repair or replacement. A must-have when I make a purchase.
