Protection plan is worth it. It covers everything. This is the 5th time we use it.

So many settings on each device. From regular wash, to steam and sanitize. The dryer offers settings from normal to wrinkle free! I’ve had these just over a year and I will use these until I can’t no more!

This pair of GE appliances has been excellent! The washer cleans extra large loads and does an excellent job! The dryer also dries laundry beautifully, and I love the steam option as well.

Wonderful washer and dryer, modern looking and digital controls, make settings super easy, fairly quiet operation for both, end of the day, the washer gets the clothes clean and the dryer gets them dry, this brand does both well.

For large purchases, especially appliances, totally worth it! Delivery and installation of washer and dryer was covered under TotalTech. There was a dent in the washer I purchased. The delivery crew saw it and called it in for me. The process was very smooth and a new washer was delivered as soon as it was available.

My washer is louder than I expected, but I wouldn't change my set for anything. I really notice a difference in my laundry since I started using my washer and dryer.

Being a total Tech member is a great value. I’ve got extended warrantees, great service, and when I just bought my new washer, it came with installation, taking the old washer away and a new stainless steel hose all covered under total tech.

Its is really comforting that I have the added protection JUST IN CASE something goes wrong. Not only that but the added value during purchase was a nice surprise too!

It is awesome that I can setup through an app and I can get notifications. Really like the design it looks very modern and I also like that it calculates load automatically.
