Great for electronics but horrible for appliances everytime they come for electronics problem solved everytime for appliances back at least 1 or more times

So many settings on each device. From regular wash, to steam and sanitize. The dryer offers settings from normal to wrinkle free! I’ve had these just over a year and I will use these until I can’t no more!

Bought this protection in order to get a large TV delivered to me 65 miles from the store and set up in home. Have not had to use any protection or warranty issues. I believe it to be a good value for the money, especially if you live away from town.

If you are purchasing any Samsung appliances please protect your investment and purchase the Best Buy warranty. Samsung customer service is terrible and will not resolve your issue. Best Buy on the other hand will replace your unit at no extra charge and their customer service is outstanding.

It is awesome that I can setup through an app and I can get notifications. Really like the design it looks very modern and I also like that it calculates load automatically.

We bought a house and recently replaced our washer and dryer. These are great top loaders. Been using them for a few months now and they do a good job cleaning the clothes and heating gotten moldy. Happy with our purchase

I haven’t had a new washer in so long. This washer is great, i absolutely love it! The clear top lid is good & all the settings are good. The only thing that isn’t as good for me is that on certain cycles, I can’t put the spin strength where I want it to be.

Best washer/dryer set I have ever owned. I didn't think I would need all the bells and whistles that it comes with, but I have quickly changed my opinion on it.

The dryer is okay often times I have to run the cycle twice to get the clothes dry.

I have tried other brands and I always come back to front loaders. Other brands and types don’t seem to work as well.

I love the glass door on the washing machine and all the different setting options. But most of all I love that I can choose the water level.

Was a little skeptical but after they explained exactly what this gave us we were very happy to sign up. If you are investing in costly items this is a great buy and all the extras are a great bonus.
