The washing machine is unbelievably fantastic,I can’t complain about the dryer also a very sweet deal

I had to use it on my dryer after 4 months. They came out within a week. It was the computer module went out. They were ordering the part and the service technician called and kept us up to speed on when the part would be in.

So far so good. It's been less than a week but we are happy with our Samsung Washer/Dryer combo. Works well and we like the aqua jest feature especially since we do not have a sink in the laundry room.

We appreciated that this coverage is included with Best Buy membership. Surprised, though to discover that there is a $79 service fee attached to service calls. We assume that would be included in the membership coverage.

I love the glass door on the washing machine and all the different setting options. But most of all I love that I can choose the water level.

Great customer service was thinking about cancelling until Ernesto and his Boss changed my mind. These guys were great can't say enough good things about them. Answered my phone call when I had a concern and sent somebody out immediately on a busy Saturday morning.

Definitely worth the money. Best buy service outweighs all others. At this point all my major appliances and anything we can buy from Best Buy we do. People who work there are always trying to help and friendly.

This washer is excellent, clothes are clean and the washer is easy to use, simple instructions.

I have been with Bestbuy for years. I chose you because of the added perks like free delivery, free carry off and 24/ 7 over the phone Geek Squad help. But when you took 2 of the 3.away I have to buy from the retailer how can provide the service at a more affordable price.

I always spend the extra money for the protection plans on higher ticket items. I haven't yet had to use the protection plan for anything, but it's great peace of mind knowing that it's there if needed.

Love the security of having the Best Buy Protection plan.

The washing machine and dryer are really well built and quiet. I like that they play a little tune when the cycle is completed. Easy to clean. G
