Washer and dryer set works really good. i would recommend any and all Samsung products.

They are both very quiet. Hard to tell they are running. Built in presets leave laundry smelling fresh and looking nice. They are a little tall butnitbcouls just need some adjusting

Love these! The only thing I do not like is you can’t have the lid open when the washing machine is filling up. I like to rinse my detergent to before placing it back on my bottle. I will say everything always comes out clean, loads of room for laundry. The dryer works well. Very happy with my purchase

I have truly enjoyed these appliances my clothes are fresh and clean, white clothes are exceptionally white. The dryer has many functions that dries the clothes quickly or take your time and they are wrinkle free which is a great pluse.

My washer is great no problem but I have to learn how to put the clothes in right instead of just dropping them in like I use to with other washer I had other than that it’s a great have to Dave money to get the matching dryer soon on sale lol

This washer dryer set was a perfect fit in the tight space I have. Traditional W/D are just a little too tall for me to stack them. I love all the features it has and that I can also control from an app on my phone.

I have tried other brands and I always come back to front loaders. Other brands and types don’t seem to work as well.

EASY AND GOOD TO HAVE.................................

The washing machine and clothes dryer are very good. The design is very beautiful and it was great to have purchased this product.

We manage properties and buy appliances quite often - approximately 2-3 kitchens per year, plus random one-offs and thought the protection plan would be of value. When we tried to use the protection plan for a 1-year-old oven, we paid the $85 service fee and scheduled a visit. The problem is intermittent, but the oven beeps like a dying smoke detector at all hours of the day and night, and doesn't consistently heat properly. The part took almost a month to arrive, then the technician no-call-no-showed to our appointment. They apologized and came again after I called wondering where they were. The part didn't fix the issue, so after another visit they mailed a new part and scheduled several weeks later to install it. It was then determined that the part he ordered wouldn't fix the problem, and so no service was performed. Another diagnostic visit was scheduled, and the tech no-call-no-showed again. After coming back now over two months from our first visit, the range isn't kicking an error code out so they won't fix it. They want me to record video, then once we prove it's beeping (which is intermittent so hard to record) they'll schedule ANOTHER visit to try to dignose it again. The policy is to only replace an item after 3 repairs, and if they don't know how to fix it don't make a repair. This is now 7 seperate appointments. 20 hours on the phone speaking to different people to try to get an appoinment, and another 20 hours of time off work waiting for a technician who has an almost 1-in-3 no-show rate. We've been shuffled between different phone numbers and people who have no authority to help. We could've thrown the stove away and bought a new one with the time invested at this point. I'm disappointed in the customer service by Best Buy, who has hurt our image in the eyes of those whose property we manage due to inability to fix a now long-term issue. The warranty is more of a hassle than it's worth for big appliances, and they hope that by no-showing to appointments, they'll wear customers down so you just buy a new appliance from them, because the store isn't the service department.

This is great for covering products tha only have a 1 year warranty.

The Best Buy third party delivery crew is professional and completed the installation in an efficiently. I received a phone call 30 minutes before arrival so I do not have to wait all day. TotalTech membership is also a good value with free installation and delivery.
