For large purchases, especially appliances, totally worth it! Delivery and installation of washer and dryer was covered under TotalTech. There was a dent in the washer I purchased. The delivery crew saw it and called it in for me. The process was very smooth and a new washer was delivered as soon as it was available.

Really nice washer and dryer set. Love the sanitary and steam capabilities of this set.

They are both very quiet. Hard to tell they are running. Built in presets leave laundry smelling fresh and looking nice. They are a little tall butnitbcouls just need some adjusting

I had to use it on my dryer after 4 months. They came out within a week. It was the computer module went out. They were ordering the part and the service technician called and kept us up to speed on when the part would be in.

Love these! The only thing I do not like is you can’t have the lid open when the washing machine is filling up. I like to rinse my detergent to before placing it back on my bottle. I will say everything always comes out clean, loads of room for laundry. The dryer works well. Very happy with my purchase

We appreciated that this coverage is included with Best Buy membership. Surprised, though to discover that there is a $79 service fee attached to service calls. We assume that would be included in the membership coverage.

I always spend the extra money for the protection plans on higher ticket items. I haven't yet had to use the protection plan for anything, but it's great peace of mind knowing that it's there if needed.

Definitely worth the money. Best buy service outweighs all others. At this point all my major appliances and anything we can buy from Best Buy we do. People who work there are always trying to help and friendly.

This washer dryer set was a perfect fit in the tight space I have. Traditional W/D are just a little too tall for me to stack them. I love all the features it has and that I can also control from an app on my phone.

Great customer service was thinking about cancelling until Ernesto and his Boss changed my mind. These guys were great can't say enough good things about them. Answered my phone call when I had a concern and sent somebody out immediately on a busy Saturday morning.

Worth to have a monthly protection, just incase. Even though I have not have any issue to apply yet.
