The machine and dryer works really well. The washing machine basin is SO DEEP I have to get in my tippy-toes to take out the clothes. I wish i can add my own music tunes instead of the manufacturer's music. (Music plays at the end of cycles and when the cycle completes).

Love that I can control them from my phone. It changes the dryer settings if I don't get to the clothes' in time to keep them from getting wrinkled.

I bought the stacking pair and they work fine, i LOVE maytag, but they just don't seem as "sturdy" as my Maytag Neptune. The pair are quiet, and wash and dry well, I am still figuring out the dryer and how to get it to dry everything without having to add minutes, but i'll get there

Yup there are more expensive models but do you ever use those features? This one does everything I need efficiently. Motor is quiet and balance is great, does not wobble.

We absolutely love this washer and dryer!! We just have to add softener and detergent once a month. It distributes on its own every wash!!

I've had these for a few months now and I love them. They have a lot of options for all your washing/drying needs. I especially like the steam dry for things like bedsheets and towels.

In the past, I always got my large appliances at Sears. But Sears is no longer a brick-and-mortar store and I could not go to see and touch the merchandise. Fortunately, I can still do that with Best Buy. So far in almost a year, the washer and dryer are functioning great. The protection plan is a bonus.
