Have been thrilled with both Best Buy purchases, washer, dryer. If they should malfunction I have peace of mind with BEST BUY PROTECTION. Wouldn’t buy these products without B. B. Protection, safety net.

Love my set of washer and dryer, they are not only beautiful, but wash great in every setting. Very easy to use.

Love that I can control them from my phone. It changes the dryer settings if I don't get to the clothes' in time to keep them from getting wrinkled.

Decisions on purchasing large appliances can be daunting to make these days when products are not meant to last as long as they used to be!!! We felt more confident purchasing a new electronic item when we knew that there is an "insurance policy" on it in case anything goes wrong!

So Far everything has been working fine. The Wifi setup was difficult in that the independent contractors that Best Buy uses to install Washer/Dryers does just fine but hooking them up to Wifi took the Geek Squad but only after several attempts with "Installers" who don't know squat about doing so. Wifi feature nice in that you are notified when a load is finished. I even had them put in a Mesh system and fix my printer.

Any protection aka insurance protection from Best Buy is worth the cost...always! Best Buy not only stands behind everything it sells, from DVDs to major household appliances. This is why I'm a passionate and loyal Best Buy customer.

Worth to have a monthly protection, just incase. Even though I have not have any issue to apply yet.

The dryer in this set leaves a little to be desired but it’s more of a personal complaint than a product issue. It works and that’s what I needed

Surprised and delighted! I heard so many horror stories about new washers and dryers but I love my new set. Washes thoroughly and drys nicely. I’ve used most of the new features successfully. Love washing all the towels on one load instead of two. Works with small loads as well as large.

It really does the work. It worth the money. Great item!

I kind of thought total tech was a gimmick. But after having it, we were able to get complementary installation of our laundry appliances. Plus I’m covered for Apple care from my Apple Watch and they have great deals just members. It’s been great.

Got the Whirlpool set we been wanting and it was also on sale. We love how big the washer is and the technology that comes with it. Our last Whirlpool lasted 9 years and was still working just fine.

Almost 5 months in and the combo is still working great. Super quiet and efficient. Using the app is a good reminder when the load is done. Thinking about buying the stand to make it easy on the back

We absolutely love this washer and dryer!! We just have to add softener and detergent once a month. It distributes on its own every wash!!

Cleans great and very economical. Love the sounds when cycle completes.

Overall very pleased with our washer and dryer. So far the only issue with the washer is when the setting is for delicates it leaves a small amount of water behind. As far as the dryer, when the setting is set to steam it leaves the clothes very damp.

Pleased with washer and dryer. Replaced a Samsung set. Washer is quieter. Dryer appears to dry faster. Able to handle large heavy bedspread. Clothes come out clean and wrinkle free.

I absolutely love this washer/dryer combination. The washer is amazing! You can set the timer to start the cycle on your way home. And pedestal is an added bonus! Love this set

I LOVE my washer and Dryer. Never had a Whirlpool but now I will never go back to LG. Its great settings are easy. And it has its own recommended laundry soap with a built-in dispenser so that is one less thing I have to do. Highly recommended!
