Best Buy protection plan is great ,covers more than the manufacturer with peace of mind

I purchased these about 6 months ago and I could not be more pleased. I can honestly say these are the best I have ever owned.

They deliver performance every time I use the service.

Love these units. They stack nicely and perform well. They are quiet enough too.

They wash and dry clothes and can wash my Cali King bedding. I do wish the app was more usable because the website talks about the great features...that won't install even with scanning the QR code like they said. I also wish the installers knew how to work the apps or the advanced features of the machines.

This washer dryer set works great and have not had any issues now for over a year.

I was a little skeptical about Samsung appliances due to previous experience with their products, however this washer and dryer is amazing and does every i need and more for my big family

After searching for weeks this dryer has a light inside, where most others didn't. The dryer works fantastic. Best one we have owned so far. Our son bought the same one for his home.

I like to way this pair work. Very silent and easy to use. The only issue is that i cannot find how to increase the volume to hear better when the load is done.

The washer and dryer work very very well. They sent however really all that smart. It’s just a reminder really on your phone when your cycles are done. It’s cool but I’m not sure it’s “smart” That said. Freshest clothes we’ve had in a while.
