Best Buy has the best in house protection and service and customer service over all

I like to way this pair work. Very silent and easy to use. The only issue is that i cannot find how to increase the volume to hear better when the load is done.

I will never buy another product without the Best Buy Protection Plan. They are so good about taking care of faulty products and the way these machines are built, a lot can go wrong.

it is very important to have a protection plan for you washer and dryer in the new house. it is very hard to have extra money to fix anything after buying the house

Well, I haven't had to use my extended protection yet, but knowing that if I have issues, I have the protection is well worth the price to me, especially with all of the moving parts and electronics in these appliances. All depends if you like peace of mind or not.

Love having Protection I feel relaxed and at easy just knowing when accidents happen I am cover. I love knowing I don't have to take out loans or spend my hard earned cash paying for my a mistake that's why I have the BB protection.

We bought the LG washer and dryer at the same time, and we love both of them. They’re very quiet runs smooth, and do a very good job cleaning and drying.

Love that the total tech covers everything I buy. Makes me only shop at Best Buy because of it but they are also great with price matching if I see the same product cheaper. It’s a great program.

Does everything I need it to do and more! Washes incredibly fast and the AI wash takes the guessing game away for knowing what settings to use for your clothes.

The products work fine but what is disappointing is you can’t do anything on the top of the dryer as it scratches super easy.

Well, most of the time, any protection is good protection.

The washer and dryer work very very well. They sent however really all that smart. It’s just a reminder really on your phone when your cycles are done. It’s cool but I’m not sure it’s “smart” That said. Freshest clothes we’ve had in a while.

This is a good program and is going to result in my buying all future appliances through Best Buy. The home warranty I had cost 4 times as much and it was a fight to get them to do anything. I've already made one call to Best Buy with an instant response.

Love the removable agitator, easy to reinsert. You can prewash the clothes in the washer with the built in faucet. Many other options. Love the dryer as well. Only thins if that sometimes we have to dry the clothes twice. Maybe we are not choosing the correct option, but overall we are happy with our purchase

Great pair. Simple to use and lots of different settings. Washes and dries Cal King Quilt easily. We've had these about 18 months and we'd buy them again
