Bought these for my son and his partner for thwir new house. Great quality and they love them.

We bought the LG washer and dryer at the same time, and we love both of them. They’re very quiet runs smooth, and do a very good job cleaning and drying.

It's one of the best washer/dryer combos I've ever had it a great unit for my growing family.

it is very important to have a protection plan for you washer and dryer in the new house. it is very hard to have extra money to fix anything after buying the house

love them, thought it had the feture where it dispenses soap and softner automaticly, but i don't mind filling the tray each load. have mine stacked, which saves alot of space

The Best Protection Plan, always there when you need it, worth every penny.

The system is easily used by everyone in the home. I like the app. Although I wish I could start a load from it, the delay feature works too. Only issue, which I also found with my previous system, is that sometimes the fabric softener comes out after closing the detergent and fabric softener drawer. If you have a young family and want your pre-teens to do their own laundry, I would recommend it.

Does everything I need it to do and more! Washes incredibly fast and the AI wash takes the guessing game away for knowing what settings to use for your clothes.

I will never buy another product without the Best Buy Protection Plan. They are so good about taking care of faulty products and the way these machines are built, a lot can go wrong.

These is the best option Best Buy has come out with! I have saved over $2,000 in the past 12 months not including the warranty on all products I purchase.

Honestly would not buy any major appliance without this protection. Best Buy is do good to work with if you have a problem.

Seems like a great service, but the trickery comes in after the first two years and the coverage ends. Then, if you want coverage for that specific product, you have to buy a new warranty with new monthly payments.

Great pair. Simple to use and lots of different settings. Washes and dries Cal King Quilt easily. We've had these about 18 months and we'd buy them again
