This dryer is large and it dries well. Very possible that all large dryers are this loud? If I had a small house or a bedroom near my laundry room (without its own door), it would be bothersome for sure. In this house, the noise is a minor annoyance in the background, especially when drying zippered garments

Love this combo. Does a great job washing and drying efficiently. Dont typically havw to run more than one cylce in the dryer unless its overloaded
