Love this set! Although we already are noticing that our drier doesnt consistently dry to the same extent and not sure why. They look nice and sleek

I has several options for drying different types of clothing, a wrinkle setting and it is the perfect size.

This is going into out new house and we were thrilled with so many products to choose from the selection was a tough one but made easier by our knowledgeable associate who showed us all the features of it. The products won’t be delivered for another month

Got a great deal on this brand. We also have an LG tv which works well. Got a great price on that as well

Basically took me into the future of washing. I like that the water tells you when to clean it. You might want to turn music off though. Dryer is a great combo with washer.

I love how these products work so well with the Samsung connect app. I love the look of the products and it is very easy to use with so many features.

Since I buy a majority of my larger purchases from Best Buy, it makes sense to have the extended warranty. When I run into an issue, I'm able to reach out and get it fixed quickly.

Absolutely love my Samsung Washer and Dryer. They are amazing and very energy efficient and they don't use a ton of water either !!!

At first dryer did not get hot and discovered that the representative failed to turn on the gas line that was connected. At first it was going to take several days to get someone to come back but I was able to reach person and they came sooner. I find the settings on washer difficult to understand, but I haven’t taken time to read the manual. On permanent press the dryer does not completely dry clothes.

Great purchase. Really was in need to upgrade my appliances. I have sumsung TVs as well so I get notifications when a load is finished. Very convenient.

I love this dryer. It does the job fast. I love that the door opens sideways, and not downwards like an oven door. Very easy to operate

Washing and drying set are good, solid, machines. The washer does seem to take a long time but everything comes out very clean. Dryer is quiet and quick

Have had the washer and dryer for just about one year now and already had issue with the washer making a loud sound on high spin. Gad Best Buy out and they said it was fine but still making sound. I had a whirlpool washer and dryer in previous home for over 15 yrs and other then normal wear and tear no issues

I love this washer and dryer. Lots of settings but I only really use Normal and Towels settings. Notification is cool via Wi-Fi when dryer or wash cycle is complete.

I love my wash and dryer. They work phenomenal, easy to manage. One little thing I don't like is how tall they are. It's hard to reach the bottom for me because I'm a little short but other than that I absolutely love my machines.
