Love the style. I wish you could have more water when you wash them. It’s kind of dry when washing the clothes. I think you could improve their system, but it’s OK.

We haven't needed to use the service for any repair issues but I did use the dedicated line to resolve a delivery delay. Also when we purchased it while buying new phones the tech installed our screen protectors which is part of the service.

Only drawback so far, it how expensive it was lol. Washes well. I can actually smell the detergent in the washing machine. My clothes look cleaner and smell better. Works great with Alexa. Although the washer and dryer have a tune when it's done, Alexa will announce when your clothes are done. I like the convenience.

Great for electronics but horrible for appliances everytime they come for electronics problem solved everytime for appliances back at least 1 or more times

Never thought I would love a front load but I do, even more because it’s so easy to put clothes in and take them out

I love this washer and dryer. Lots of settings but I only really use Normal and Towels settings. Notification is cool via Wi-Fi when dryer or wash cycle is complete.

It's nice to know that these appliances are protected for 2 years. Hopefully, nothing will go wrong with them but I don't have to worry with the Best Buy protection. The best part is that it's included in my TotalTech membership.

we already called out for service through our protection plan and they came out with in a few days for our new washer machine. the Service representee was very knowledgeable and professional.

I enjoy this set so much highly recommend. Very cost effective and clothes come out clean and fresh every time
