Great purchase. Really was in need to upgrade my appliances. I have sumsung TVs as well so I get notifications when a load is finished. Very convenient.

Washing and drying set are good, solid, machines. The washer does seem to take a long time but everything comes out very clean. Dryer is quiet and quick

I love this dryer. It does the job fast. I love that the door opens sideways, and not downwards like an oven door. Very easy to operate

The system is easily used by everyone in the home. I like the app. Although I wish I could start a load from it, the delay feature works too. Only issue, which I also found with my previous system, is that sometimes the fabric softener comes out after closing the detergent and fabric softener drawer. If you have a young family and want your pre-teens to do their own laundry, I would recommend it.

Love my washer and dryer and having the app to let me know when the cycles are done is a plus. I don’t have to go up and down stairs a million times.

Absolutely love my Samsung Washer and Dryer. They are amazing and very energy efficient and they don't use a ton of water either !!!

I have been very happy with these machines. The washer has huge capacity. The only thing I will say is that as our basement is not well lit- the displays are difficult to read as they do not light up.

If you plan to buy more than one item in a year, get this for delivery and install. Also good for tech support and free delivery of smaller items later.

I love my wash and dryer. They work phenomenal, easy to manage. One little thing I don't like is how tall they are. It's hard to reach the bottom for me because I'm a little short but other than that I absolutely love my machines.

I has several options for drying different types of clothing, a wrinkle setting and it is the perfect size.

I love the plan. I also find the technicians to be knowledgeable and efficient.
