With how expensive everything is, having protection on all my big purchases is a no brainer.

Works so well. These are big enough to wash my king size comforter. My husband is a farmer and these have held up really well to his work clothes.

We haven't needed to use the service for any repair issues but I did use the dedicated line to resolve a delivery delay. Also when we purchased it while buying new phones the tech installed our screen protectors which is part of the service.

LG Washer The multiple levels of input for the washer cycles, time and spin help one to determine the best combination of factors for every load. The availability of other cycles from a download available on the LG app is really great.

It's nice to know that these appliances are protected for 2 years. Hopefully, nothing will go wrong with them but I don't have to worry with the Best Buy protection. The best part is that it's included in my TotalTech membership.

Very happy with the protection. As yet , I have not used it however it has provided me with peace of mind.

I have had the wssher and dryer for sbout 8 months. I have found the units both working very well. The clothes seem to wash quicker and dry much faster than berore

Easy to use! Load, start and go! Just what the doctor ordered. The washer very seldom needs attention and the dryer never needs attention. They both work very well together.

Really like both the washer and dryer. Very large capacity. Washer gets everything clean, wish I could have a preset on the washer for cold wash without having to download it to my app. Dryer does great job getting everything dry first time around. Everything comes out great with few wrinkles.

The protection plan seems worth the price up to this point. It's nice having assistance on-call but the wait times can be a little long.
