Love it! The only reason why it didn’t get five stars was because of it making a noise when it first starts a cycle. I can hear it on the second level, but it isn’t for a long period of time. Love that my clothes are getting washed the right way with this new machine!

Great washer and dryer set! I have them stacked and love how you can control either unit from the bottom on. Used to be an LG guy but these are changing that.

This washer and dryer is just excellent! Extremely easy to use. It has a lot of useful functions that are quite useful for washing delicates, download, heavy load, adding extra time etc. The dry is very straight forward to use.

a hole developed in the dryer vent hose which caused venting inside of residence. Maintance called out at fixed situation very quickly. resulting in job well done.

With how expensive everything is, having protection on all my big purchases is a no brainer.

The AI operated machines are just amazing, I’m saving a lot on electricity and laundry essentials as well bcz it is just smart!!

Had a couple repairs within the first year, a little noisy in our wash room but not a lot you can do. Since the last repair it seems to be working fine.
