I have not needed to use this protection service yet, and am hoping I won't need to. It is great to have peace of mind that my items are covered though and it is worth the money in my opinion.

We’ve had these for about a year now and no concerns whatsoever. The app works great, clothes are clean and dry and the units look good. Very pleased.

Works great. Quiet and easy to load and use. Would recommend it to anyone who needs a new machine.

So far so good. We expect that if we take care of our set, they will last for years to come. At the moment we have TotalTech so repairs are not a worry. They are quiet (not an issue as we have them in basement) and make a reminder sound when cycles are done. Color Champagne looks very nice.

These machines are awesome. Very high-tech, but easy to use! I would recommend this to anyone !! great addition.

Washer and dryer. Great size who loves to keep all clean . Easy to operating. Control the panel for white and dark colors

So far so good. Clean really well and good features. Dryer does its job. No complaints here.

Love my washer and dryer I love the Wi-Fi option being able to control it from anywhere, I leave my cloths in the washer add the detergent and fabric softener and when it’s a good time I am able to start the cycle without being at home best decision I have ever made.
