    I will definitely love Geek squad from Best Buy. They always resolve the problem.I love buying their additional protection program with Best But. I have been a loyal customer since 1997.

    I've been a Total Tech customer before the name change. The additional discounts for being a Total Tech customer are worth it. I haven't needed service, therefore, I can't speak on that just yet.

    Great washer and dryer set! I have them stacked and love how you can control either unit from the bottom on. Used to be an LG guy but these are changing that.

    Had a couple repairs within the first year, a little noisy in our wash room but not a lot you can do. Since the last repair it seems to be working fine.

    Washer and dryer. Great size who loves to keep all clean . Easy to operating. Control the panel for white and dark colors

    Best buy service and selection was the best. So I buy all my electronics and Equpment there... Samsung features and benefits are the best bang for the buck

    We’ve had these for about a year now and no concerns whatsoever. The app works great, clothes are clean and dry and the units look good. Very pleased.

    a hole developed in the dryer vent hose which caused venting inside of residence. Maintance called out at fixed situation very quickly. resulting in job well done.
