This protection has saved me hundreds overtime probably thousands as I’ve been a Best Buy member forever and while I usually don’t have any issues, if I do, it’s an easy process

The best buy protection is so simple to use if you ever need it. I have it for all of our appliances. Bought insignia washer and dryer for our home. The dryer went out after a couple months, we owned these brands before and never had any issues so it was strange. Service was set up right away and after determining it was a defect, they gave us our money back, hauled it away and no charge, and I was able to get the Samsung dryer. There were no hoops to jump and I'm grateful for that. Simple, grest customer service and quick response. Will continue getting warranty for my purchases at Best Buy.

Ok this is worth it. They will fix your computers that you did not even buy from them with this. I had them clean two PCs and move Data and it was all included. Also exchanged my LG Tone headset no issues.

The new addition to the family! I LOVE THIS WASHER AND DRYER! Where do I begin…this GE uses less water! My kids don’t waste detergent because it will dispense it for you. It’s not noisy like some people have posted. It’s a washing machine not a lamp. It is recommended to only load the washer 2/3 of the way. I agree. And it makes a difference in the dryer. If loaded as recommended you will not have lots of wrinkles when they sometimes finish washing, which depends on the fabric. But when the clothes come out of the dryer, there are little to no wrinkles if not overloaded. There can be a problem with noise if the waterline is connected without running the water through the hose first or something. There was an air gap causing a loud thud that could be heard upstairs. That was easily fixed when my dryer was delivered. The clothes come out cleaner and softer without using fabric softener and with far less water. You can pause a load and throw in another item. The spin cycle is so thorough that it doesn’t take long to dry a load. I use the app and I get notifications when the load is done. I call home and ask “who’s doing the laundry? Your load had been waiting 15 minutes for you to transfer to the dryer!” I love it. They hate that feature! lol I have recommended this washer to family and friends along with Percil which uses far less detergent. We have been wasting so much money ver the years. You must upgrade your appliances and watch your utilities go down a bit.

Considering it's free with your membership I'm a big fan. It's worth it to be a member if you buy a lot of stuff at Best Buy

The Bespoke Samsung Washer and Dryer have been an outstanding addition to our laundry room. There are so many cycles and so many options. It's quiet, efficient and very attractive. This is the first time I purchased a Samsung over a GE appliance. It is just amazing and the clothes always come out as if they were new. We have had this duo for almost 2 years and never a problem. Take a look at the Bespoke appliances. They are so amazing and offer things more traditional companies don't. Its a great duo...If you have the room, don't forget the drawer. It's a great space saving option.

It's a good thing we decided to get the coverage. Our first delivery damaged the units and wall and needed to get replaced. Replacement was good after finally getting ahold of someone that spoke English.

Best Buy Protection plan is the best thing about Best Buy. Worth every penny.

I love everything about my LG washer & dryer. It took a little time learning the settings. Quick wash is good 90% of the time. The app is so user friendly & streamlined, I get a notification when my the cycle is finished with a question asking if I want to add a rinse, or fluff air y/n? Then right from my phone I can hit the notification, select yes or no or ignore it (*other app developers take note). I would recommend to EVERYONE & if I move I would buy again. This experience makes me want to purchase more LG products.
