Having bestbuy protection is great, let’s be honest things aren’t made with the same quality and craftsmanship. Seems like the more technological features the more things go wrong.

Ok, we have had this washer awhile and it is a great machine. The removable agitator is a great option and I recommend it.

I think my review is generous. I’ve had Whirlpool/Kitchenaid appliances since 2008 when I purchased my home. All the kitchen and laundry appliances worked great for 15 years. Great reliability. My luck on the last 2 of 3 Whirlpool appliances has not been good. The washer I purchased in July of 2023. During the spin cycles, it can start banging lime someone is hitting it with a baseball bat. It is level and not rocking. Also, sometimes it won’t start. It needs to be repaired that’s for sure. Just hope Whirlpool improves their quality. I really want to buy American, and something with quality. Hope they get this message.
