I have always wondered how this type of washer works and the clear lid is great to watch it at work! I have had this washer going on 2 years and love it. Ive recommended it to friends who have purchased same model and are just as happy.I have used all cycles and the items always come out clean, no damage,such as twisting or balling up fabric. I have all bamboo bedding and organic cotton towels which I wash on the gentle cycle and they come out clean and not twisted up. The auto settings work perfect for each type of load. I learned early not to change a pre-set wash. I had a comforter that I chose Bedding cycle for. I felt I needed a higher spin cycle which imbalanced my load. I changed setting back to medium spin and the machine easily rebalanced wash load. I learned to just set it and go and the machine do its job! I purchased this washer through best buy because as a total tech member not only did I recieve a discounted price, free delivery,setup and removal of old machine but also excellent personalized assistance. I also had 2 year warranty included and soon when it rolls off coverage by my membership I can extend the warranty at a very affordable monthly rate. Oh yes, and I chose 18 months no intetest payments to pay it off!

The guys that came out were very professional and did a great job of setting up the new LG Tv . They hung the other Tv in the bedroom. They cleaned up and made sure everything was working correctly.

Always a good idea to get protection when purchasing electronics.

So far this is a very good washer gets clothes very clean and we love the super large capacity

Maytag is reliable and worth the investment. Our last drier and washer were Samsung and they were terrible. Paint chipped off and started Rusting on washer. Drier crapped out after 5 years. Maytag running strong so far the last 2 years snd work better than expected.

I bought my washer and dryer from Best Buy. I love my plan that warranty will cover if my washer or dryer brake down. My washer and dryer have been great. No issues at the moment but, it’s great to know my warranty is there for me.

LOVE my new washer and dryer, GE PROFILE, but did have issue initially because the 1st washing machine that was delivered was a reject. It would be turned completely off, with the door open and it would keep making the grinding sound. That sound is when it's done and pulling the water out or doing the fresh vent cycle. It was running 24 hours later, never stopped. Called Best Buy support and they were on it. Sent a new one 8 days later. Other than that it's been a great washer and dryer, I have been using since December 10, 2024.

Love the plans. Worth the price. Never know when you need them.

Honestly, the BBY protection plan is the best, I would recommend getting the best buy credit card, all the benefits that you get are amazing. It is worth it.

I used to think the Protection was 100% great and a needed warranty against issues. But, what they DON'T tell you is it doesn't protect against everything. I was told that accidents to screens were covered, just to find out, NOPE, that isn't fully the case. Just to small items, TVs aren't included. So, it has to be a mechanical issue before a warranty can be used.

I haven't had to use it yet, but it is great knowing that it is there if I need it.

Love my new washer and dryer. Our clothes literally have never smelled better. The only downside is starting a load can be confusing at first but once you get the hang of things it becomes seamless.

Absolutley love these - easy to use - only thing is the washer since it's a rubber type ring for sealing it does collect a lot of the lint and hair and is hard to remove. Plus therej's a lot of moisture it retains, so it's a really good idea to run the vent option after you are done with all your loads for the day.

Worth it if you are buying major appliances or costly electronics. We purchased a new washer dryer set in a large TV so it made it worth it for us to add the total tech package. It is nice that it covers everything else you buy for that year and that you have the option of adding another year to cover everything for 2 years.. But if you were only buying small items like cell phones or things that did not cost much I don't feel it would be worth it. If you were buying expensive electronics, large TVs computers and appliances it is definitely worth adding this protection package. We got our washer and dryer and TV at great sale prices so even adding the protection package still had us paying less than the regular price. You get 60 days to return the item for any reason and depending on the item if it breaks during the covered period it either costs you $9 to have it repaired or $49 for a TV.. They come to your house to do it and if they can't repair it they replace it. So for $199 you get 12 months of coverage, with the option to add another year of coverage on for $199 later. At first we thought it was kind of a ridiculous idea and probably just some kind of scam.. A good way to upsell. But when we looked into it more we realized it was a good idea since we were purchasing major appliances. It is nice to have all the other Small things We buy covered as well if Nora the reason just to have the 60-day return option.. But I don't think it would be worth paying $199 for just small items to have extra coverage.
