I purchased this plan many years ago and continue to be very happy with it. I have saved money several times when needing to get equipment repaired.

I really like my pair and am glad that I got the pedestals. The tubs are nice and large, which means reaching far to pull out items in the back, but that's totally resolved with the pedestals. And the whole setup looks great! I advise reading the operations part of the manual, although it's easy to use. I wasn't expecting to like the notifications feature to tell me when the units are done. I will forever miss the discontinued dryer that I replaced (with a built-in drying/steam cabinet on top), but the anti-static/steam features of this dryer help make up for that.

Went with LG because my previous machines were LG and lasted 13 years. I was very happy with how they preformed to I stayed with the LG brand for my new machines and I am Very happy with my purchase. The larger capacity enables me to get laundry done faster. The app allows you to download other wash cycles as need. Very easy to use. Dryer dries the laundry fast. lint trap in bigger and redesigned to catch more lint reducing the amount going through the vent.

Excellent protection plan. They do what they promise.

Our LG AI washer and dryer were damaged on delivery. However, though a phone call and minimal deliberation with customer service. Best Buy offered us the choice to have the damaged washer picked up and a new one delivered, or keep the it and offered a generous gift card for the troubles. With the damages being significant on the cosmetic side but not affecting the functionality of the product. We opted for the gift card and received it in no time. Overall, super happy with the products and customer service performance.

Best washer and dryer I ever had - not noisy, has built-in intelligence of knowing when to spin faster so the washer does not shake or “walk”, the app is very useful - lets me know when cycle is done, has large volume, no need to put soap & softener in every wash - has built-in container that uses only the amount needed, this saves me time & cleaning any drippings! This is is a good buy for us!

the washing machine is very nice brand but there is a kind of problem when I start the machine for washing all the detergent is not adding to the garments for some reason
