    Works great, if i add to much clothes it will bot drain correctly, but that is with any washer

    I like the machines but the doors do not change from opening on the right to opening on the left resulted in issue in my small laundry room. We literally have no where to put these so that it isn't cumbersome. LG and Whirlpool need to make more options user friendly for small laundry rooms

    Can't say yet, because haven't needed. The installers that did the work for free because of the plan (and took away the old dryer, and moved the washer) were great. Friendly and efficient. I do hate that we can't call our local store now, but get a central phone bank. So I wonder how good the service will be with that. It is a real problem, and they should switch back.

    We calculate before buying and it’s a great deal. For at least 2 years we are covered!

    Our salesman was great. But still not happy with the washer. I’ve had them out to fix the door. The door still gets condensation in it and it does not latch properly.
