Why can we not call our local store anymore?! Bad!

The installers that did the work for free because of the plan (and took away the old dryer, and moved the washer) were great. Friendly and efficient. I do hate that we can't call our local store now, but get a central phone bank. So I wonder how good the service will be with that. It is a real problem, and they should switch back.
