Best Buy Protection Plan is a must. I usually do not purchase these plans. I had an issue with my washer and I thought they would send a repairperson. Instead, they replaced with a brand new one. Super surprised!

You can't go wrong with a warranty of any kind. Most items are built by humans. We tend to screw up from time to time.

When you least expect it or when the timing is bad, your item stops working - great to have a protection plan. I finally bought new appliances as repairs to my former ones were too expensive and impractical to repair.

With todays technology, a person would be crazy not to get the extended warrantee. The pair we have are brand new, so no problems. Just sleep better knowing that if there is a problem, I don't have a huge bill to pay.

Really great washer and dryer combo. Very easy to use and the smart soap dispenser is amazing. The dryer dries in no time at all. Lots of options and very easy to use.

o Far everything has been working fine. The Wifi setup was difficult in that the independent contractors that Best Buy uses to install Washer/Dryers does just fine but hooking them up to Wifi took the Geek Squad but only after several attempts with "Installers" who don't know squat about doing so. Wifi feature nice in that you are notified when a load is finished. I even had them put in a Mesh system and fix my printer.

5 months in and not a problem. This thing will never let you forget a load left behind. Reliable and consistently taking care of your laundry, what more could you ask for.

Super happy with load size, cleanliness of laundry and they are efficient and quiet. Second set of LG washer and dryers for our family!

Love my new washer and dryer. Clothes look and smell so much better. Both are quiet and we love the app features that give you time and status of each wash.

The protection plan service is mych needed & well worth purchasing, especially for any appliances and the cost for it is reasonable. Plus you can cancel it & they will refund what you paid.

I LOVE my LG washer/ dryer. This is my second set. And with Tottal tech the whole dryer was replaced when there was a problem with the door latch! Best service ever!!!!’

We are very very happy with the LG Washer & Dryer. The washer cleans the clothing well and spins a lot of water from the clothes. The dryer does an exceptional job. The set is very energy efficient.

Geek squad is fantastic!. Samsung is horrible and will not guarantee their products. Best buy has done everything in their power to try to help me

Great washer and dryer set! I have them stacked and love how you can control either unit from the bottom on. Used to be an LG guy but these are changing that.
