    The handle of this microwave is very flimsy and breaks. I called Best Buy to resolve the issue since I had the protection plan and they stated it was not covered. I reached out to Samsung and they stated replacement of he handle is not covered. I had to buy one myself from Amazon.

    It was great when it started, it included delivery and installation, plus quality difficulties, and now it depends on the product.

    Comes with My Best Buy Total. Great plan to protect all my purchases. They recently added a deductible, so it's only 3 stars now.

    This program no longer has the value that I have enjoyed through the years. Free installation is no longer available nor is free delivery. The one I miss the most is the in home computer Geek Squad availability. This is the feature I used the most.

    Read description good!! It doesn't have a timer. Also, the clock flickers 24-7. It's not clear, looks like electrical issue.

    We bought the total tech geek squad membership for $200 to get our appliances hooked up and hauled away. Dan, the appliance salesman told us that we could come back and buy a wall mount for our TV and get it hooked up for free. Completely free. Never once did he mention that we had to buy the TV within two weeks from Best Buy or we would have to pay ourselves. Like I said before everything for a sale. And we did buy the TV from there and a subwoofer and a sound bar and 55-in Samsung TV. I just have to go home and try to find the receipt.
