I have had a great experience as a BETA member! I bought a range and microwave and the membership paid for itself saving me cost of delivery and installation. Then I didn't like the microwave and I had 60 days to change my mind. On day 58 I exchanged it and they came and removed old and installed new at no charge. Also bought a TV and wall mount and they installed the wall mount and TV at no charge! You get a Concierge customer service number and they answer immediately.

BestBuy Total Tech completely covered the replacement of a GE Microwave after electrical problems 21 months after original purchase. A fee of $49 was I believe for the installation. Even with the $49 charge, felt it was a great program to cover. Same microwave as the same size was critical.

I love this service. I am able to get all of my computer issues fixed remotely, get monthly check ups for viruses and recently saved $300 off the total cost and installation of a new dishwasher along with removal of the old one which covered the cost of the annual contract.

Best Buy protection plans are something I would highly recommend.

Have enjoyed the tech protection which i've used for my computer and other tech products; however never in my wildest dreams did I think I would use it for my range and microwave. These boys and girls keep up with the latest!!!

Well worth the purchase price if you buy a lot of electronics from Best Buy as we do. I bought 2 Samsung TV's and had problems with both. They attempted to fix them by changing boards out but the problem persisted. They took the unit back and credited me .

Having peace of mind about a big purchase is great. Having a partner who Doesn’t hesitate to help you solve a problem with said pur hase is priceless. I won't buy major appliance or electronic from anywhere except Bestbuy.

The staff member who helped out my family was willing to explain different choices to my family to make a good choice.

We buy everything we can at Best Buy because they stand by their warranty. We have never had a problem having things exchanged or fixed. I have even had my screen protector on my phone mess up and they replaced it for free. You don't have to keep your receipt.

Why write a review about a protection plan? I get the protection plan for items I know can be more costly if I had to buy a new one. I really only feel that the reason to get a protection plan.

I had to use this for a microwave and it was extremely helpful and easy to use. Best Buy came out right away and fix the problem.

Purchasing the annual membership was an excellent idea. I buy so many items from Best Buy and do not have to worry about paying extra for each device.
