Works great for us helps us to be members and protect ourselves with damage merchandise it allows us to shop at the best store with the best prices around.

It is worthwhile for everyone to have this. Especially if you are buying to update your kitchen like I did. They not only put it in but haul your old stuff free. Now that is a bargain. I love Best Buy and the way I have everything from them (LG tv's, dvd player, range, microwave, washer, over the range microwave, and loving it.

I got the total tech plan, when I purchased an oven & microwave. With the plan I got free delivery, installation, and haul away. It was worth the purchase of the tech support, plus I get free 2yr protection on any thing I buy. I saved about $300+ on the whole purchase.

I knew there were things i needed help wirh so this turned out to be well worth it at least for 1 year. It is great to be able to make an evening or weekend appointment amd know i will be helped. Delivery and installation of my microwave was an unexpected plus.

I have so many items on this program! I feel at ease ordering higher price items as well as a $8 charger. I can depend on Best Buy to support the products - and without my having to ask them to be included when I purchase something new. A bit expensive but for me and all it protects, it's a great product.

Best Buy stands behind their warranty. My washing machine broke, it was a $400 fix. This was included in my warranty and it did not cost me a thing. They were also conveinent to work with.

Had issues with a Consumer Reports highly rated microwave which was a dud which required I purchase another thus I went with another brand. This time I had a very intelligent sales person suggest the BB protection which helped with overall delivery, installation, haul away.

Always good to have a protection when you buy any electorics. Best buy protection is excellent.

Receiving Best Buy protection on purchases is well worth the membership price. Highly recommend membership and coverage. Our experience has been easy to return/replace items that have been purchased.

Very happy with Best Buy and their plans. I like that when you need them they are always ready to help you and the people they seem to send out are always very polite and seem to get the job done.

Best is my go for all my appliances and the Total Tech is worth every penny! The installation crew were amazing in, out and set up in less the an hour for my tv & sound bar and 30 for the microwave!!!!

Discount may not outweigh cost. Have it, if I need it, it's available.
