Having peace of mind about a big purchase is great. Having a partner who Doesn’t hesitate to help you solve a problem with said pur hase is priceless. I won't buy major appliance or electronic from anywhere except Bestbuy.

We buy everything we can at Best Buy because they stand by their warranty. We have never had a problem having things exchanged or fixed. I have even had my screen protector on my phone mess up and they replaced it for free. You don't have to keep your receipt.

Why write a review about a protection plan? I get the protection plan for items I know can be more costly if I had to buy a new one. I really only feel that the reason to get a protection plan.

Best Buy protection plans are something I would highly recommend.

It is worthwhile for everyone to have this. Especially if you are buying to update your kitchen like I did. They not only put it in but haul your old stuff free. Now that is a bargain. I love Best Buy and the way I have everything from them (LG tv's, dvd player, range, microwave, washer, over the range microwave, and loving it.

I'm so glad that I got this. I have saved way more than I have paid for it. Best Buy has been helpful and informative when I needed help. Definitely recommend it. I pay per year not month.

I have so many items on this program! I feel at ease ordering higher price items as well as a $8 charger. I can depend on Best Buy to support the products - and without my having to ask them to be included when I purchase something new. A bit expensive but for me and all it protects, it's a great product.

I got the total tech plan, when I purchased an oven & microwave. With the plan I got free delivery, installation, and haul away. It was worth the purchase of the tech support, plus I get free 2yr protection on any thing I buy. I saved about $300+ on the whole purchase.

I knew there were things i needed help wirh so this turned out to be well worth it at least for 1 year. It is great to be able to make an evening or weekend appointment amd know i will be helped. Delivery and installation of my microwave was an unexpected plus.

Had issues with a Consumer Reports highly rated microwave which was a dud which required I purchase another thus I went with another brand. This time I had a very intelligent sales person suggest the BB protection which helped with overall delivery, installation, haul away.
