I had to use this for a microwave and it was extremely helpful and easy to use. Best Buy came out right away and fix the problem.

Best Buy stands behind their warranty. My washing machine broke, it was a $400 fix. This was included in my warranty and it did not cost me a thing. They were also conveinent to work with.

I got this microwave over a year ago. It is large, worked perfectly until it stopped. I am a Total Member, so I requested promissed 24 months warranty repair on it. Well, apparently i get charged $150 or mote for assessment of the issue. Otherwise, i have to bring it in and get geek guys looked at it inside the store. It is really stupid and deceiving to charge for "in home" repair service 1/3 of the new item price. What if it was a fridge or a stove? I had to pay? It is not an honest service promise from Best Buy for $200 I pay annually to have 2 years of warranty on the thing i buy. Also, it is cheaper on amazon or other stores, but i bought it in Best Buy to have that warranty.

Best buy geek squad is number one. Samsung is a terrible with customer service and they're guarantees. I filled my whole house with Samsung. Thank God I bought geek squad because Samsung sucks geek squad however or number one

I never realized the value of help when you become a member.. I don’t have to struggle on how to fix things myself.. also other benefits of being a member.. It’s worth checking it out..

Got a bunch of big appliances delivered (2 TV, 2 fridges, w/d) and installed via the Total Tech Plus package. Really it’s such a great service/deal; I often wonder how BB is able to provide this. I’m on my 2nd renew now!

I bought this in order to obtain the free installation and haul away of my new kitchen appliances. I was very pleased with the value of this and the included 24 months coverage of the appliances (assuming one re-ups after 12 months).
