Total Tech is a good deal if you have a lot of electronics. Extra warranty is great. Good peace of mind.

Its a good investment to protect your valuable with a good protection plan

3 Stars are not based on the service received from the Geek for our refrigerator; that service from what I understand from my better half was thorough and on time. 3 Stars are for the questionnaire I received prior to the service of what I needed to do prior to the technician performing the service. First and foremost there was a 12-hour window and Best Buy wanted the appliance not to be un-used 2 hours prior to the service, and they wanted the appliance emptied for those 12 hours. It wasn't till the day of the service that I received a text confirming the Geek would arrive between 10-2pm. Those previous stated rules still applied but how is a customer supposed to not use for 2 hours before unless you're given an exact time of service the day before and how are. you to empty a full appliance and keep your food cold?

Best membership perks. My purchases with Best Buy have gone much higher after having this perk as a peace of mind. So far it hasn’t disappointed me. Great benefits that we all need.

Have had the protection plan for a few years and love it. We have had service on our dryer, computer (a few times) and installation on appliances and TV. Service is always great and service personnel are trustworthy and helpful.

I feel good knowing all my purchases have protection if something goes wrong. This is definitely worth the money.

Worth the extra money. Especially considering it’s not much cost. The peace of mind at ease alone is worth it. And very easy to use. The staff has the logistics down to a science.

It’s a 5 star but my home Warrenty kicked in this year and now covered by them. I canceled after 1 year of Geek Protection on my Frig, Stove, Dishwasher and my Microwave Oven. Never had to use any Warrenty. Terry W.

I am very happy with Best Buy Protection Plan. I had some issues with the size of the microwave size and there was no questions asked they came and picked it up and brought me another one.

We had never had an issue but I decided to replace a micro and so far I have had to replace that micro twice. Neither one cooked food evenly. Total Tech made the return easy. I ordered another brand through this program. Very unusual to have this happen but glad I had TotalTech! Buy the coverage.

Thus GE microwave is very efficient. It meets all of my cooking and reheating needs.

Pretty handy for appliances. If anything is going to happen, it will probably happen sometime between right away and a few months in, but the added protection is good for peace of mind in case there’s something you don’t catch early, like a firmware problem with smart appliances.

Buying this plan actually saved me more money on my purchase than if I just bought the items I wanted and now everything I buy from best buy is covered for 24 months. This alone is a 5 star product.
