Total tech is worth its weight in gold. Free delivery, extends warranty, delivery/installation/old unit removal. Furthermore necessary parts needed to perform the install alone would cost the buyer more that this service

Took this support for my recent purchase of Microwave Oven. However they sent the wrong parts of the missing parts, they were able to install it on the 4th attempt. I guess it is worth for the amount we pay.

Was skeptical about getting this but it already saved me like 75 bucks because the price of the items I have purchased went down. Pays for itself depending on what items are bought.

Best purchase at bestbuy. got an old build-in microwave to replace. it was hard to find the right one. The crew came twice. I would have to pay twice if it were not for the protection plan. highly recommend

This made so much sense! Cheaper than monthly phone insurance and our microwave was installed at no cost. Money we saved for those and a SIM card that took me to a less expensive (but just as good!) phone company paid for the Best Buy Protection Plan! Do the math!

The two year extended warranty is like a security blanket, you hope you don't need it but you feel protected in case of the unexpected!Warranty Warranty

This cost a few bucks but then you don't need to purchase a separate warranty. It also discounts items...good discounts. Finally it offers free shipping on everything if your a member. With not purchasing warranty and discount it saved us like $300.

We used our membership multiple times, and the delivery and installation crew was always really nice, on time, fast and answered all our questions.
