For appliance installation 1 star-they did it wrong for above oven microwave and wouldn't make it right or even Email me back. I will not trust them to install any other big appliance purchases. Warning

If other reviewers are correct the unit is going to need to be removed to be fixed, great. My light has not worked since installing. Do not buy unless you don’t need a light inside!

I also had a microwave/oven range 2 weeks ago that the installation went well, however the product arrived defective. I contacted customer chat and asked for a replacement, and the product is not in stock right now. Their solution is for me to continually monitor the site until it is back in stock, then to contact them. They have assured me that it should be in a couple of days. I will update my review when it's resolved.

Renewal rate may or may not be cost effective.
