Just read their Facebook page to get a true picture of how they now treat their customer.

I also had a microwave/oven range 2 weeks ago that the installation went well, however the product arrived defective. I contacted customer chat and asked for a replacement, and the product is not in stock right now. Their solution is for me to continually monitor the site until it is back in stock, then to contact them. They have assured me that it should be in a couple of days. I will update my review when it's resolved.

Renewal rate may or may not be cost effective.
