So far the plan is ok. There’s been inconsistent handling with customer service. It’s expensive but gives me a peace of mind for my recent purchases. I like the extended return window.

This should have been recalled or at least try and make things right for people who purchased one of these. If you type in "stopped working" in the review search box you'll see how many other people have had the same problem. I should have listened to the negative reviews. After much wasted time with Samsung Support it was determined that it's garbage. I own their phone and laptop, but am not going to give them anymore of my hard earned money. They couldn't even offer me a discount on a replacement on any of their microwaves. They tried to steer me away from buying the same one because they know fully well that it's a factory defect and that I'll just have the next one stop working again, SHAME ON YOU SAMSUNG !!!

I went to buy a phone and because I had this program. They tried to force me into 25 a month on 6 phones. And insisted it was better to pay 25 per phone to save on the insurance because it would be free with my Best Buy. Insurance is 6 per line or 40 a month for family insurance plan. When I explained this to the girl working. She told me she does not care it’s better and she don’t need me to tell her . In a very rude attitude and I figured out Best Buy has horrible customer service. What happened they used to be a good company. Now it’s just rude incompetence and they insist you buy what they get the best commission on and treat you like crap when you are smarter than that. Canceling mine today waste of money . There is warranty that covers it from manufacturer anyway so my bust buy is a waste of money.

Haven’t used the protection plan but it seems a little expensive to me

I purchased this protection plan for my new surround sound system in March or April 2022. It was very convenient to have the protection plan because it could cover the other purchases I made from best buy for 24 months.
