This is the most miserable dishwasher I have ever seen. It doesn't clean and the dishes come out looking worse than when they went in. I was not able to get the dishwasher installed for quite awhile after I purchased it, so of course I am now stuck with it. I purchased it in store and relied on the recommendation of a sales person instead of researching online myself and paying a higher price.

Was lied to by the salesman Dan about how it worked. Everything everything for a sale. I ended up buying six appliances from that store and everything that came out of that man's mouth was a lie down to when my appliances would be delivered. What the total tech included. I am so angry. I am so disappointed Eric. The manager was no help either. I will be going over their heads and going to corporate.

I am utterly disappointed. I purchased this back in May, had it installed incorrectly in June and since then multiple installers have come out and stated they don't have the tool to fix it. I've several Best buy numbers to remedy the situation and nothing gets done. It is now July and My kitchen is still not functional. I'm also missing a microwave and the new garbage disposal is leaking every where.

It's a protection plan! Hopefully we won't need it but it is there incase we do.

Don't waste your money Once you buy protection plan appliance stop working properly within 2 years Rip off

The dummies delivered it left in middle of the floor was suppose to bring 4 items and take 4. But their truck was full, thought they were installing but no another team was suppose to. They came not the day after staying there 6 hours they made a mistake. Had to go back another day. Then another group came and they didn't have the cords. Could not take the appliances

Great product. Really easy to install. This product is quiet.

Total Tech is a waste of time & money. They don't do a good job of installation to make sure my dishwasher functioned properly before leaving, and I couldn't get someone to come back out to help to try to fix it. The over seas customer service line is rude, unhelpful, will lie, say one thing, & do another.

Protection of our fridge is very important for piece of mind

Seems like it is a good warranty and support and service but will see if problems happen and how those are solved.

I love that this comes standard with my TotalTech.

The protection is worth the price and peace of mind.

Total Protection is not worth it if they toss you back to the manufacturer who tosses you to another third party who keeps cancelling their scheduled service.

Purchased 2 year membership. Purchased over $4,000 in appliances. Microwave stopped heating about 2 weeks shor of expiration. Best Buy would not honor membership.

The products I received are fantastic but getting them through Best Buy was a headache and a half. I bought new appliances on Sept 5, 2022 and just now June 7, 2023 (9months later) was I finally able to get everything. If you can I would suggest going and buying your appliances from someone else.

Have to pay for a service call after hours on the phone and computer trying to get our brand new microwave that is as loud as an industrial leaf blower fixed which is most likely from the installers not using the mounting bracket that came with the new microwave.

The protection was really good until they changed it, and took away benefits, where you me makes it not worth it. They reduced the fee a little, but I preferred the old benefits.
