We purchased an 85 inch TV and opted to have it wall mounted. The techs quickly set everything up, even hid the wires behind the wall for a clean look! Very satisfied with the outcome

prices are not too bad factoring the installation and haul away with membership. scheduling can be a bit tricky but at the end of the day, it is hard to beat the convenience

It has a very good system but do not like having to call very often to get something accomplished. Then have to repeat information to new person over and over. Should have a better tracking system for calls and requests.

Best Buy sold me and installed a defective dishwasher. Two months later I'm still chasing the refund EVEN AFTER THEY SENT A TECHNICIAN WHO HAPPENED TO CONFIRM THAT THE MACHINE WAS DEFECTIVE AND NEEDED TO BE RETURNED. It was hauled away when a new machine I was forced to buy was installed No exchange process was described or offered. Instead I was made to buy my own replacement and PROMISED that I would be refunded after the machine was sent back which it was. I am now forced to dispute this charge through my CC company

Am waiting until I have to use this to consider how they are.

We are not Tech Savvy so having your online and optional in-person assistance has been huge! It encourages us to embrace more technology as we go.

Geek Squad came to my house to hook up my devices to my recently purchased NETGEAR Ethernet switch and now all of my devices are re-connected and hardwired and I am back in business with internet connectivity. Thanks you Geek Squad.

The protection plan is a great plan to have...its very important to keep the protection plan just in case anything goes wrong with your products

Normally I would say "yay" but you tie up your card for 0 interest then you cannot use it! So take the money and now with Best Buy charging to install anything you buy does not make since. I purchased the "All in One washer/dryer and long term it is cheaper to buy the $299.00 warranty then keep the Best by protection plan. So depends on what your needs are if it makes since or not.

I don't like the new plan, because we now have to pay for shipping and insallation. Not sure what's the benefits are still available.

Microwave was great…until it wasn’t. Purchased and installed in July 2022, stopped working in April 2024 after warranty had already expired, of course. Control panel no longer getting power, appliance repair tech was unable to repair and said parts no longer available as this model is no longer in production. Very disappointed in Best Buy and Samsung both for this inferior product.

Not happy the salesman did not tell us we would have to continue paying yearly to get two years warranty. Got 5-year warranty on Refrigerator from Lowes for one set price.

Really good deal. The plan has saved me about $1200 on the year so far. Even for things I wasn’t expecting.

Having total tech is worth every penny especially when they give you up to 24 months on products you buy

Pretty worthless. Best Buy had a third part incorrectly install an appliance that had been dropped according to their own Geek Squad employee (the second person to come to my house to assess the product). I've been waiting 3 months for best buy to "acquire a unit from the manufacturer" instead of providing me with a unit from their inventory.

This is the most miserable dishwasher I have ever seen. It doesn't clean and the dishes come out looking worse than when they went in. I was not able to get the dishwasher installed for quite awhile after I purchased it, so of course I am now stuck with it. I purchased it in store and relied on the recommendation of a sales person instead of researching online myself and paying a higher price.

Was lied to by the salesman Dan about how it worked. Everything everything for a sale. I ended up buying six appliances from that store and everything that came out of that man's mouth was a lie down to when my appliances would be delivered. What the total tech included. I am so angry. I am so disappointed Eric. The manager was no help either. I will be going over their heads and going to corporate.
