It is expensive. I don't know if I need the service.

Did not realize you have to pay for Total Tech (now Best Buy Total) in the second year to use the warranty in the second year. Now I have a dishwasher that broke in month 20 of ownership and have no warranty. Don’t bother with this plan.

Best Buy protection is difficult if not impossible, to obtain. Total waste of my $175. Never again. My can't I give this product ZERO stars which it deserves?

Not worth the money! I purchased it because i was told that ALL my devices at home were covered even any previous purchases! I called to have them come repair my gas range and they to.d me it wasn’t covered! Very upset.

I would give this plan a better rating if it kicked in AFTER the manufacturer warranty, but it overlaps instead, which is completely worthless.

Not worth it, you still have to pay and it took 10 days for a technician to come look at it. Technicians are nice though.

Bought this for my mother in law. SHe finally had it installed just yesterday. It sounds like a truck or a jet engine and is really loud. I dent recommend buying this product.

No common sense, No skills, No professionalism. Just get to here our policy policy policy.

It is bad now and very unsatisfactory. Moreover, it is not good since we have to pay now whenever the Geek Squad visit our home for technical support.

Don’t really see the value especially considering it cost $200 annually we may not continue it because we had to pay over $30 for installation of a new range due to the electric cable which should’ve been included for free

Samsung and worstbuy are a joke. Products and service are a joke. Three calls and still not fixed. Went without product for over a month.

Best Buy doesn't stand by their product. The customer isn't right you can spend thousands a year and get treated like a theif.

This plan is not worth it. Nothing breaks when you can use it and it’s expensive. Don’t forget to cancel because it auto renews

Received no service whatsoever, still waiting for a working machine, installation and haulage 4 weeks after buying
