Haven’t had to use the protection plan as if yet. But

Joined the total membership aand it's incredible. Saved 10 times the amount on warranty for the appliances and electronics we purchased. Haven't used the warranties but it's available at a fraction of the cost for individual warranties.

I like the sleekness of the appliance. It has a smudge proof stainless steel finish. However, the glass not so much. Easy to clean and not too complicated to use.

The Samsung Stormwash is a satisfactory dishwasher, especially the Stormwash setting. I only run mine once a week mainly for sanitizing dishware. I like the movable lower racks, and the bonus 3rd flatware rack, where I place utensils. Once in awhile I’ll need to hand wash some silverware sure to dried egg or sauce, but I feel all dishwashers have this one downside. Ala in all, great value (on sale) and I’m very happy with this product.

With the sophisticated computer components in today's TV’s, appliances, and computers, we feel better knowing we can rely on Best Buy's TotalTech should something go wrong or if I cannot figure how to use or repair something. I have built several PC’s, but I still run into issues I have no idea how to handle, and so far, TotalTech has come through for me. Free installation alone was worth it, and I have been able to use my plan for my family, which is a bonus. The TotalTech team is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and prompt, we are very pleased.

Is a must especially if your thinking of buying more appliances saves you money you don’t have to pay for installation is included

Geek Squad is a professional service offered by the Best Buy Protection which enables you you receive service on the Best Buy items you have purchased for up to 24 months. It is really quite a bargain knowing that you have peace of mind knowing that if something happens to the item purchased, you are covered under the protection service without having to buy parts and or pay additional money for service calls.

We purchased the Best Buy Protection plan several years ago with another product and have found it very useful. This week we bought a Microwave with install and haul away. The young people installing were early, courteous and efficient. We have used BBP with televisions and refrigerators, including some not purchased at Best Buy. The repair people were good and provided what we needed.

It’s a must have cover all electronics you own!!! In Service is professional efficient and fast depending on the service call. Step by step instructions if service couldn’t be completed. Overall happy with the service been a member since 2017. What I would is easier accessibility of appoints online because calling customer service takes too long waiting on hold for a rep.
