I have never purchased a protection plan with Best Buy. I look forward to using it when I have a problem.

I bought the warranty for all my appliances bought at Best Buy for a good price for 2 years in addition to their warranty with Samsung and at the same time of purchase I called Samsung, registered and they sent me the white panels for my refrigerator for free.

I am very pleased to have been able to have purchased this additional 24 month protection plan for my newly purchased Whirlpool washer and dryer along with the new Whirlpool microwave oven. You just never know when they might be a good thing to have. I am not a fan of any type of product that has planned obselecence as a buy product but I consider it always to be better safe than sorry. VGR.

This protection plan gives me security that if anything happens to my device, i am fully covered. I have used it once and its simple, easy and you get a full replacement.

Buys peace of mind for your purchase and covers what the manufacturer's warranty should cover. Problems always occur past the factory's warranty. This Protection may save you then. It becomes more affordable if you purchase all your appliances at BB

Under the current Total Tech, everything has been great. Having said that, I won't get the new option after this expires in May of 2024. I will pay $200 a year under current plan, but not $179 with the much paired down plan where they are going to charge me for deliveries and haul away. I can pay delivery and haul away with any vendor.

The Totaltech membership was a great deal the year I purchased all my kitchen appliances and various items when remodeling and upgrading my home. Not only did I receive the best prices from Best Buy, but I had total free of worry because Totaltech delivered, installed and maintaned all my items. The price of Totaltech was a fraction of how much I saved without their services. Thanks, Totaltech!!!

I always recommend the protection plan on an OLED tv. Great picture. There is nothing better. But there is a lot of parts that it takes to get the picture to do what it does so I highly recommend the protection plans from Best Buy. They have always taken great care of me and always made things right it I had an issue with a product due to an issue while under the protection plan

I am a Total Tech member for years. I love the all inclusive Best Buy Protection. One stop shopping. Love the convenience.

I purchased the "Total Tech" package early in 2023, which is NO LONGER OFFERED. Instead it has been replaced with a "Total" package, probably reflecting that Total Tech was too good to be true. I have enjoyed superlative service from the Geek Squad, and will probably renew my now-inferior service when the time comes.

This is one of the reasons I buy from Best Buy. It is great.

Since our experience with a microwave malfunction and eventual replacement, we have been very pleased with the appliance service covered in our Geek Squad Annual support service. Included in the service was a scheduled check out of our problem with the microwave and when replaced the hall away for the old one as well as the installation for the new one.

This is a must have for every purchase you make. Recommend it.
