It’s a great microwave and range hood when you have limited counter top space.

Under the current Total Tech, everything has been great. Having said that, I won't get the new option after this expires in May of 2024. I will pay $200 a year under current plan, but not $179 with the much paired down plan where they are going to charge me for deliveries and haul away. I can pay delivery and haul away with any vendor.

I always add the best. Buy protectiand and the deal. They have covers every electronic or appliance that I purchase when you become a plus member.

I always recommend the protection plan on an OLED tv. Great picture. There is nothing better. But there is a lot of parts that it takes to get the picture to do what it does so I highly recommend the protection plans from Best Buy. They have always taken great care of me and always made things right it I had an issue with a product due to an issue while under the protection plan

The Totaltech membership was a great deal the year I purchased all my kitchen appliances and various items when remodeling and upgrading my home. Not only did I receive the best prices from Best Buy, but I had total free of worry because Totaltech delivered, installed and maintaned all my items. The price of Totaltech was a fraction of how much I saved without their services. Thanks, Totaltech!!!

I purchased the "Total Tech" package early in 2023, which is NO LONGER OFFERED. Instead it has been replaced with a "Total" package, probably reflecting that Total Tech was too good to be true. I have enjoyed superlative service from the Geek Squad, and will probably renew my now-inferior service when the time comes.

I like this product protection plan. Great thing to have just in case something happens.

I got this microwave over a year ago. It is large, worked perfectly until it stopped. I am a Total Member, so I requested promissed 24 months warranty repair on it. Well, apparently i get charged $150 or mote for assessment of the issue. Otherwise, i have to bring it in and get geek guys looked at it inside the store. It is really stupid and deceiving to charge for "in home" repair service 1/3 of the new item price. What if it was a fridge or a stove? I had to pay? It is not an honest service promise from Best Buy for $200 I pay annually to have 2 years of warranty on the thing i buy. Also, it is cheaper on amazon or other stores, but i bought it in Best Buy to have that warranty.

Since our experience with a microwave malfunction and eventual replacement, we have been very pleased with the appliance service covered in our Geek Squad Annual support service. Included in the service was a scheduled check out of our problem with the microwave and when replaced the hall away for the old one as well as the installation for the new one.

Love me some of that sweet protection. When it comes to computers at least.

Their protection plans are one of the best! I highly recommend getting one for all your electronic devices!
