Not sure what this review is for. The thumbnail showed a whole new kitchen, but I bought one stove.

Purchased the tech one last year, its been great, they even covered a phone that we smashed!

Protect your purchase and get it! Worry free!! Wouldn’t purchase anything without it!

Great protection for all your products and never have an issue when trying to use it.

Best Buy's protection plan is trash. Avoid the store at all costs. They will not repair your items like they promise. They just give you the runaround with long queue times on the phone and long wait times for service.

Adequate although the new plans wont suffice once my Total Tech renews to the new program.

This is a must have for anyone with appliances and electronics.

It really helps you protect your products if it gets damaged

I will never get the protection plan again. I had my refrigerator for 2 weeks and the ice maker and water dispenser stopped working. Customer service was awful at Best Buy - said they were not responsible and the representative refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor.

Got a call back on a Saturday. The call back had no clue of the issue. Worst team at cortland. Main Street Get some training there.

Purchased 2 year membership. Purchased over $4,000 in appliances. Microwave stopped heating about 2 weeks shor of expiration. Best Buy would not honor membership.

I don’t know what I was paying for. I think this was just a service that was offered and paid for.

Total Tech support has become increasingly a JOKE since I purchased last year. Installs included have changed, now they want you to pay for this shty service forever, and get 2 yrs of product protection included, WITH A SHTY service fee like a crapy home warranty company.

Dont trust it due to install problems on all but the stove. Feel safer going with certified repair service so I cancelled the plan on all appliances purchased sorry just wasnt comfortable with quaility of installs.

Nice peach of mind knowing my appliances are covered for an extra year

They changed the terms of service without alerting us. This plan is more expensive and covers less than warranties through a lot of other companies
