failed to provide extended warranty support after purchasing it. go someplace that will honor their extended warranties.

Horrid. What’s the point of purchasing the membership if everything is extra. Total scam

Samsung and worstbuy are a joke. Products and service are a joke. Three calls and still not fixed. Went without product for over a month.

Stay away from this. They broke my shut off and i had to hire a plumber to finish job. Then upcharged me for replacement dishwasher when it failed aftrr 2 uses. Out $600.

It’s expiring before I can even use it because my appliances have sat in my garage- some were delivered damaged.

This is crap there is no one available to correct the issue with reliving the wrong machine and no one willing to replace.

Installer really wanted to install. Neglected to say wifi module eoudnt fit.

As other have noted, this stove sticks out 5-6 inches from the wall. It's becuse the backplate goes all the way down and hits on the gas valve coming out of the wall. I waited 3 years for new appliances and 3 mos for delivery and now I will most likely have to return it and start over and not even get the finish I wanted becuse of this ridiculous design flaw. Horrible, horrible, experience.
