So far I've been keeping my Total Tech membership current and will continue as long as it provides value. Really helps with delivery and in many installation of products.

I think the service could be improved not very knowledgeable people are working there however I like the store used to be much better seri do not know what happened

best buy protection is a great service. Geek squad is reliable.

Initially i was unsure about the Totaltech and protection plan. Now after having the protection i do feel its worth it. Considering all of my purchases that qualified for protection under the plan which was about everything (almost).

Don’t know if this was worth buying or if I would purchase again.

Again if you needed it might be worthwhile but the techs that came in for earlier repairs on other products didn’t know what they were doing and we ended up hiring another to do the repsir

not a bad idea if you're purchasing a high end product. My relatively brand new dishwasher from another vendor went out at 7 years and "it's too old to repair"

warranty's are always good to have even though you already get one with the Manufacturer. with this one best buy takes care of it for you if you have problems

Great plan to cover all your appliances. Its better to go this route then buy separate plans. Plus you get a discount on other appliances you purchase.

I love my maytag stackable washer and dryer, saves room and makes great use of my small laundry room. Washer/dryer set is quiet and cleans my clothes well.

BB protection si the best, why worry about other protections when you have Best Buy worry free plans?

This is a must have! I don’t recommend buying any Apple product without AppleCare+.
