Protect your investment. Things don’t last like they use too. Service calls are ridiculously high.

Be careful of the “service fee” even for the smallest faulty replacement parts that need no actual service.

If I can purchase the item through Bestbuy.. its Done! Having a local store you can go into and speak to someone that can actually helpout is unheard of now a days. TotalTech specialist have their area they are trained for and extremely knowlegable in their skills. This is a lost trait with other companies I have sadley experienced in the past. Being a military family for 18 years, we always took out extra 3 or 5 year protection plans on eletronics, appliances, furniture even jewerly especially right before a move. Items would get damaged or given away after a few years and holding off on replacing things until after setteling in after we move again the next year. Hundreds of dollars flushed away.... not anymore! For me having everything together, one store, one account I remeber what I have and organized allowing me to plan for upcoming changes. Free delivery and installation makes it worth it !
