Protection Plan Customer Service uninformed

Misadvised about ability to reinstate protection plan 3 times. Now being held hostage for $120 in taxes I am told is due for an already paid in full product.

Total tech totally not worth it

I took this plan so can get expedited service if needed.. total failure. nasty customer service

I wanted the two-year warranty and my total tech support membership that I had. To me this is a rip off, stick with the warranty for piece of mind.
