    My Fire TV won’t work with my cube synchronize with additional remotes. Geek squad could not fix. Now I have to make separate appointments for Best Buy to swap out parts. This is only a $199 TV. I would think they would just give me a new TV since this one is bad. Instead my family has to go with out our main tv until Best Buy has exhausted the part swap out. Not what I expected when I signed up. I expected quick resolution.

    I love that this TV allows you to put parental controls on it, and create an entire profile specifically for your child with only the options you have allowed to be available to them!! It is a game changer especially with kids:)

    I bought this for my husband as one of his Christmas gifts and he seems to really like it. He keeps it on, so it must make a difference to him. We have it mounted above our TV and it looks sleek and nice.

    I actually think best buy has the best warrenty program. I really like how its easy return and exchange products without having to go to a third party vender and place a claim like other retail companies.

    This plan I wished I knew of it sooner. It’s been a life saver as well as a money saver. The best thing the work is done in a day when the tech thought it would be two days. Quick series well

    I've had the Monthly Best Buy Protection plan forever. Great buy that has saved me tons of money. Especially when my puppy ate my bluetooth headpiece. Replacement with no arguments! Yes!
