I actually think best buy has the best warrenty program. I really like how its easy return and exchange products without having to go to a third party vender and place a claim like other retail companies.

Person was friendly but virus protection was supposed to be good for a year it saying i have no protection and when it came to 365 was supposed to be put on i had to finish setting it up

My grandson stepped on my laptop, and broke the screen, and they replaced it with no questions asked
