always get the protection plan when buying new items. never know when you are going to need service on them. it's nice knowing you have piece of mind when buying the protection plan.

Needed a hard drive paid $35. Computer did not work because during the repair they broke the plate underneath the keys, they could not fix this issue and told me to go somewhere else to get it fixed, What did I pay them 180 for total protection for.? They gave me a used keyboard and said this will work, I wanted a laptop not an awkward keyboard to us with a laptop. They should have given me a new laptop equivalent. They also did not refund my membership fee which I requested online for not fulfilling their contract promise, as they could not repair my computer.

They are the best. Always on time. Only have one problem. And that I believe is a manufacturer problem.

I am lucky to have the Totalteck coverage on everything that I purchase, and the 2 year protection comes with it. I have bought a Washer and Dryer, Refrigerator, computers, and they are all covered. My grandson stepped on my laptop, and broke the screen, and they replaced it with no questions asked

Nice to have extra coverage if you need it we haven’t needed extra coverage on things we have purchased so far. It’s nice to have this perk in case we do.

Picture and built-in app quality is good, but does not have a processor that’s able to decode external hard drives through the USB port.

The membership is the best if you are a loyal Best Buy consumer. Always have purchased Geek Squad protection now it just comes with any purchases , one time fee .

I love this! Since I have the Best Buy credit card, protection is automatic with everything I buy. Great deal, great idea. Now I go to Best Buy instead of Amazon. Totally worth it.
