The reason for one star is the limitations of warranty tonojly 2 years but the warranty to fix an item is 5 star

They get you coming and going with all the add ons. But hey some times ya need it.

Tried using my plan twice and was told to contact manufacturer. Waste of money so will not renew.

I've had to use the protection plan twice. It works very well.

Not very helpful for me. Thought taking 1 of your new user classes would teach me how to use my new computer. They were not available during Covid unless I went online. Getting online was something I needed to learn. The tech support did set up the initial software but I still don't have any idea how to access or use it.

Bought this duright early black friday as an xmas present, set it up on the day. at first we thought it was the stress of the holidays but the strange sick feeling and flashing lights in the back of our eyes went away when we weren't near this tv. not sure what is wrong with it but none of our other tvs have caused this issue.

Xbox needed to be fixed and it can’t be found unless you break stuff often to pay attention to it I wouldn’t hold my breath

10/11/2025 screen went black and white cannot get anything from this TV

I've always loved Best Buy and Samsung. NOT anymore. Made my biggest purchase yet and they stalled on my return of this broken TV until they could tell me I'm past the 60 days. Samsung refuses to diagnose anything. They just keep cancelling my repair tickets when I get off the phone.

Good protection plan for the price. I love having items protected, so far BB always honor issues with their products.

I sent my laptop in to be repaired and it took months to be fixed all while I needed it for school. That’s why I bought it to begin with. Then I finally got it back and the touch screen wasn’t working. I gave up

I tried to get more because it's the best product I ever bought for my family and my wife and my son loves it

It was done professionally, on time, and they kept me up to date every step of the way

Piece of junk, I have RESET TV to factory spec's several times and RESCAN ALL channels over and over and they come in fine, But.......next day the channels are still there with GREAT signal, it's cable TV, but they are BLANK SCREEN and never come back on. Channels drop off and go away, you have to RESCAN

Also have great experience with install team and always getting the best deal with tt
