False claims

Could not have desktop set up by them after Christmas within an acceptable time frame for a new gift. Extended period for returns, I purchased a tv for a Christmas gift Nov 23. Return period ended Jan 21. Most businesses give return times until Jan 31 for Christmas gifts. Submitted renewal on my credit card and account online states that I purchased the renewal in store, which is false.

Total Tech Aint the Same
