When I got this originally it had it where installation was included and was willing to pay extra for it. what I got now I really on some things I do not need. I like the warranty but I need to look hard at everything else . I am 70 years old and do not have the strength like I did. They need a senior plan that includes installation.

The plan is a great safety net, just in case you should have any problems. In the long run it protects you from any future problems.

Great that most things are covered. They do not have specialists that install. The shippers do it and they are not experienced. Long wait time to be seen by geek squad.

This warranty is worth more than the manufacturer's warranty. You can call BB and you can have them either come out and service your product or take it back to the store.

The quality you get with extra protection is well worth it in my opinion. Treat is as insurance, makes solid sense to have coverage on some of the more expensive items you purchase for your home!
