    I had purchased a new PC and the Best Buy Protection. After about 3-4 weeks I was pounded with scam/fraud. I took the PC back to Best Buy to get it cleared up of viruses and malware. It was totally cleaned and cleared at no charge.

    I would not consider being with out this service I only wish they would consider doing in home service since I am older and it is hard to get my items to the store and walk with a cane

    Always love Best Buys protection plans! I haven't had to use one in a while, but customer service has always been great. Having the protection plan is always a good idea when purchasing a new device!
