    love best buy plan 24 months isn't bad so i don't have nothing to worry about for a couple years if the products breaks down

    I am so happy I bought this. When I got it I thought it was a bit expensive. I have used it so much it has paid for itself. Not to mention the coupons and special deals.

    Person was friendly but virus protection was supposed to be good for a year it saying i have no protection and when it came to 365 was supposed to be put on i had to finish setting it up

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    I like having the extra protection. I wasn't sure if my membership with Best Buy would cover it. I have a problem with lighting running in and running a television and surround sound system.

    Very glad I purchased this laptop. It is more efficient than they tell you. Great price for what you get in an HP. Excellent price and very fast speed.
