We have had the Best Buy Protection Plan for about 5 years and it is one of the best investments we have made. The technical support is excellent and easy to access, with short wait times. We have used it on several different products. Also, we have used the installation option and the techs are great and accomodating.

There are few annual services that I think are honestly worth the steeper price. This is by far the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. The electronics help is highly valuable when I’ve got a 10 year old gamer who has downloaded some programs he thought were clean.
